Function
As a Site Manager/Gestor de Obra you are responsible for the proper implementation and execution of solar energy projects for the corporate segment in Portugal. You are the right hand of the Project Manager and follow all the daily activities at the site.
You are also responsible for the health, safety and environment on site, in line with current legislation.
You are the central contact on site for our customers and contractors.
Through your technical knowledge and sense of quality you can prevent problems and deliver the project properly and on time.
You will also be the responsible for the project commission and startup of ground and roof mounted photovoltaic installations.

Responsibilities
– You are in control all aspects of the Works including planning work, arranging delivery of materials and managing the coordination of all professionals working on Site or which influence the Works including quantity surveyors, contract administrators, site foremen, contractors and sub-contractors.
– You will ensure the constructions works on the Projects observe the planed schedule and budget, managing programmers of work, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.
– You are responsible for correct budget management of the appointed projects.
– You will conduct regular Site safety inspections.
– You will be responsible for the reception, storage, record and delivery of documentation from/to customers, contractors and internal Ikaros Solar departments
– You will be dealing with the commissioning process.
– You will prepare and maintain a rigorous and transparent document reporting process.

Profile
– Masters degree in electrical engineering.
– Three years of experience in a similar function.
– Broad technical know-how and passionate about technique.
– You are an expert in getting things done.
– You are a real organizational talent.
– You have a helicopter view without losing the essentials.
– You like to take responsibility.
– You work accurate and with a clear drive and motivation.
– Willingness to work abroad for short periods of time is a plus.
– Thorough knowledge of the typical office software tools.
– Languages: English and Portuguese. Other languages are a plus.

A reportar diretamente ao Director de Vendas e a trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o departamento técnico de engenharia, este profissional terá de desenvolver a atividade comercial junto da zona norte do pais, exclusivamente direcionado ao mercado empresarial (B2B).

Responsabilidades
– Identificar oportunidades comerciais para o fornecimento e instalação de sistemas fotovoltaicos no mercado empresarial para auto consumo e UPP;.
– Agendamento de reuniões com responsáveis das empresas identificadas.
– Gestão contratual de fecho de negócio.
– Acompanhar/Gerir todo processo comercial com o cliente, desde a venda, instalação do sistema, manutenção e serviço pós venda.
– Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento da sua actividade comercial.

Perfil do candidato
– Ter no mínimo 3 anos de experiiência na venda de soluções solares fotovoltaicas para empresas.
– Ter um perfil empreendedor e comercial fortes;
– Conhecer bem a realidade empresarial do norte do pais;
– Ter uma boa rede de contactos;
– Experiência anterior como key account, preferêncialmente em empresas de venda de serviços;
– Conhecimentos técnicos de fotovoltaico e de avaliação financeira de projetos;
– Experiência na venda de soluções a empresas;

Personalidade
Proactividade, honestidade, espírito de iniciativa, dinamismo e sentido de responsabilidade,
e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal.

Responsibilities
– Designing solar PV systems of variable size, both ground and roof mounted, in line with international standards / codes of practice and Ikaros guidelines
– Maintain a rigorous and transparent document control process
– Ensure 100% accuracy in drawings and version control
– Survey documents under instruction from the Engineer, into line diagrams, site layouts, etc.
– Ensure all projects are designed in such a way as to meet all relevant standards, codes of practice and legislation, adherence to Company policy and respect the safety and welfare of other employees, subcontractors and the general public

Profile
– Minimum experience of 2 years
– Expert in AutoDesk’s AutoCAD 2D and 3D
– Advanced Excel (data manipulation) and Word skills
– Ability to prioritize in a continuously changing environment
– Able to adapt drawing details to the requests
– Ability to multi-task
– Understanding of construction methods and processes
– Ability to produce plan’s and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar programs
– Good grasp of mechanical, civil & electrical engineering concepts and calculations
– Assertive communicator in order to convey precise details of the design to a wide range of different audiences
– Strong analytical, planning & organizational skills.
– High attention to detail needed
– Training in the use of CAD systems, AutoCAD and Sketch-up in particular
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– English language knowledge and experience is required
– Ability and willingness to travel
-Valid driver’s license
