Responsible for the Group Service Department and reporting to the Service Director. The Service department consists of a team of service coordinators and technicians for operational management activities based in Belgium, Portugal and France.
Plan, coordinate and supervise operations and maintenance of solar PV Assets.
Control the quality of the services (monitoring, interventions, reporting).
Assure services to occur within established time frames and in compliance with external contractual requirements.
Manage contractual negotiations by providing guidance to the Commercial department.
Assure correct contract administration and invoicing.
Provide operational expertise to other parts of the Ikaros group (EPC department).
Recruit and manage team staff.
Manage costs and steer the Service P&L account.
Manage continuous improvement programs.
Develop tools and procedures supporting and optimising best practices.
Identify, analyse and engage with new business partners (such as subcontractors).
Prepare sales expansion of the Service activities.
Strong leadership skills
Intimate knowledge of PV operations management
