Main Responsibilities
 Responsible for the Group Service Department and reporting to the Service Director. The Service department consists of a team of service coordinators and technicians for operational management activities based in Belgium, Portugal and France.

Daily tasks
 Plan, coordinate and supervise operations and maintenance of solar PV Assets.
 Control the quality of the services (monitoring, interventions, reporting).
 Assure services to occur within established time frames and in compliance with external contractual requirements.
 Manage contractual negotiations by providing guidance to the Commercial department.
 Assure correct contract administration and invoicing.
 Provide operational expertise to other parts of the Ikaros group (EPC department).
 Recruit and manage team staff.
 Manage costs and steer the Service P&L account.

Strategical tasks
 Manage continuous improvement programs.
 Develop tools and procedures supporting and optimising best practices.
 Identify, analyse and engage with new business partners (such as subcontractors).
 Prepare sales expansion of the Service activities.

 Strong leadership skills
 Intimate knowledge of PV operations management
 Very good communication skills – internal and also to external customers
 Ability to prioritize in a continuously changing environment
 Strong analytical, planning & organizational skills
 High attention for detail
 Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English
